No Change‑of‑Mind Returns

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, unwanted items, or incorrect size choices. Please ensure you check sizing and product details before completing your purchase.


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

In accordance with UK consumer law, customers are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if an item is:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged on arrival

  • Not as described

  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)

If you believe your item falls under one of these categories, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 1sxintclove@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We may request additional information to verify the fault.

If a return is approved, items must be sent to:

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Condition of Returned Items

Approved returns must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original packaging (unless faulty)

  • Free from odours, stains, or damage caused by the customer


Cooling‑Off Period (Online Orders)

Long‑sleeve T‑shirts are not exempt from the standard 14‑day cooling‑off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. However, the cooling‑off period does not apply if:

  • The item has been worn

  • The item has been washed

  • The item has been damaged by the customer

  • The hygiene seal (if applicable) has been broken

If you wish to cancel your order under the cooling‑off period, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item. Return shipping costs for cancellations are the responsibility of the customer.


Non‑Returnable Items

  • Items returned without approval

  • Items showing signs of wear or washing

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Items without original packaging (unless faulty)
