Shipping policy

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or UK public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • UK Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

  • UK Express Delivery: 1–2 business days

  • International Delivery: 7–14 business days (varies by destination)

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, delivery speed is outside our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number (if applicable). Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Sxint Clove is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you need to correct an address, contact us immediately at 1sxintclove@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Sxint Clove is not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

Sxint Clove is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship from the United Kingdom. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.
